About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Specialist who can generate opportunities, pitch digital marketing services to potential clients, and most importantly, convert leads into paying clients.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who is confident with cold outreach, understands digital marketing, and has a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, Instagram/WhatsApp outreach, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients across relevant industries.
- Pitch digital marketing services including Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Creation, Website Development, SEO, Influencer Marketing and Branding.
- Conduct discovery calls/meetings and understand client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — Lead Generation → Pitch → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and convert warm leads into clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




- Negotiate pricing and packages while protecting company margins.
- Achieve monthly revenue and closure objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and conversions.

- Excellent closing skills — this is the most significant requirement
- Ability to confidently pitch services to business owners, founders and decision-makers
- Good understanding of digital marketing and agency services
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales pipeline

We need someone who can find the right prospect, start the conversation, pitch the right solution, handle objections, negotiate and CLOSE.

Compensation

₹30,000/month

Performance-based incentives can be discussed based on closures and revenue generated.
