Job Purpose Statement

Requirements
- Professional Qualification: MBA from a premier institute
- 4+ years of experience in corporate business development
- Should have excellent communication (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
- Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally)
- Self directed work style with minimum direction
- Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities Briefly, the responsibilities of the role shall spread across two areas:

Business Development (85%)

Operations (15%)

- Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients
- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
- Achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process;
- Regular liasioning with director level people to develop and promote hCapital brand name

- Negotiations and agreement signups
- Analyze the clients requirements and discuss with specific team managers
- Be a point of contact between the client and the team until such time that the first 2 offers are released
- Guide the recruitment team in terms of best places to poach candidates, head hunting strategies, profile explanation, etc.
- Troubleshoot the standoffs experienced during the process of recruitment
- Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required
