What you’ll do

- Find and build relationships with potential brand, creator, fitness, community, and corporate partners
- Reach out to potential partners and turn conversations into collaborations
- Come up with creative partnership ideas
- Help increase engagement and grow our community
- Take partnerships from idea → execution
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and opportunities

We’re looking for someone who

- Is confident, proactive, and great at communicating
- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
- Can spot opportunities and take initiative
- Is organised and positive at following up
- Thinks creatively and gets things done
- Is comfortable using Google Sheets
- Has solid spoken and written English

Prior experience in BD, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, or community is a plus - but not essential. Think you’d be a positive fit?
