About Bizex4UBizex4U is an integrated media solutions company helping brands unlock advertising opportunities through media barter, media buying and offline media execution across India.

The RoleEvery client starts with a conversation.

Your job is to create those conversations.

You'll research target companies, identify the right decision-makers, write personalized emails and LinkedIn messages, follow up and generate qualified meetings.

This is not telecalling. You'll be learning modern B2B outbound sales from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Research target companies across consumer brands and other priority industries
- Identify marketing, brand, commercial and procurement decision-makers
- Build and maintain prospect lists
- Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage follow-ups and responses
- Qualify prospects and book meetings
- Maintain CRM and outreach trackers
- Track response rates, meetings and conversion




- Test different messaging and share what works

What We're Looking For
- Strong written English
- Good research skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Persistent and target-oriented
- Robust attention to detail
- Curious about businesses and brands

Good to have: Apollo, Sales Navigator, CRM or prior sales/growth experience. Who Will SucceedYou're curious about how companies make money.
