Job Title: Business Development Officer(Building Materials)

Requirements

- Exp: Fresher or experience, anyone who is ready to work in Field sales role.
- Age: below 40 yrs
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler
- Must possess a valid driving license

CTC - 3 LPA+ incentives+ travelling allowance

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and contractors.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and applications of our UPVC profile range.
- Understand client specifications and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.




- Generate inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up diligently to close sales.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Provide technical support and product information to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to network and promote our products.
