- Identify and secure opportunities for analysis services, consultancy, and R&D; collaborations in the area of Nanomaterial, Environmental Engineering & Sciences, Clean Energy and Construction.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partner organizations to develop the commercial business as per NABL scope and other than scope for R&D;/ Commercial.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Represent the institute at seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Liaison with the customer for realisation of advance and pending payments
- Coordinate with QA team and technical team for redressal of the customer complain
- Work with internal R&D; and analysis teams to align services with market needs.
- Track industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Ensure the timely delivery of analysis report and research report to the customer
