Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in IT hardware, networking, and infrastructure sales.
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and expand customer base.
- Identify recent market opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers to secure deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product offerings and pricing strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in computer hardware, desktop support, IT hardware sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure sales including servers, storage devices, switches routers etc. .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership management.
