Location: Pune (Pune-based / local candidates preferred)

Polaris Renewable Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the solar and renewable energy sector.

We’re looking for a commercially driven professional who understands the renewable energy market, can build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to sustainable business growth.

What we’re looking for:

- MBA preferred
- 5–7 years of Sales / Business Development experience in Solar & Renewable Energy
- Working knowledge of AI & Microsoft 365 tools
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop opportunities and manage B2B customer relationships
