Role Description The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding NPrep’s presence among nursing colleges, training institutes, and healthcare employers. This full-time hybrid role is based in Varanasi, with some flexibility for work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with institutional partners, and driving product adoption and revenue growth.

The role involves conducting outreach campaigns, delivering presentations and demos, negotiating commercial terms, and collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and retention.

The Business Development

Manager will also monitor market trends, collect partner feedback, and contribute to strategy and planning to support NPrep’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience managing end-to-end deal cycles.




- Ability to build and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, training centers, and healthcare organizations.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with comfort in client-facing interactions and product demonstrations.
- Capability to analyze markets, segment customers, and contribute to go-to-market strategies and growth plans.
- Experience working in edtech, healthcare, staffing, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and data to track pipeline, performance, and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work effectively in a hybrid environment with extensive travel
