Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling & networking
- Connect with international clients and decision-makers
- Conduct discovery calls and prepare proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain CRM & sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Required

✅ B2B Sales/Business Development experience

✅ Experience in IT/BPO/Outsourcing/Digital Marketing/VA services

✅ Excellent English communication

✅ Strong negotiation & presentation skills

✅ Experience with international clients preferred
