Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in sales management,



preferably in the HR technology or related industry.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered HR solutions and their applications in enterprise settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
