We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Sensory/OT, Physio/Rehab, Panchakarma) across Bengaluru & Hyderabad
Role Description:
Bangalore is currently one of the fastest-growing markets in India for sensory rooms and OT infrastructure. We're not looking to build a pipeline from zero; we're looking for someone who already has a foot in that door.
Hyderabad is a market where we sell the full portfolio, not just one category, and we're looking for someone who can operate across all three.
What you'll own:
- Build and run the dealer/distributor network for Sensory & OT equipment across Bengaluru and Karnataka/Hyderabad and Telangana
- Open and close accounts with OT clinics, special schools, hospitals, rehab centres, physiotherapy clinics, Ayurvedic hospitals/wellness centres and institutional/government buyers
- Own the full cycle end to end: leads, demos, quotations, negotiation, closing
- Represent SIDNI Medex at therapy conferences, healthcare, wellness, trade shows, Ayurveda events and institutional events
Who we want:
This isn't an entry-level role, and we'd rather leave it open than fill it with the wrong profile.
- 2+ years selling medical devices, rehab equipment,
Ayurvedic/wellness equipment, or related B2B healthcare products
- Existing relationships with hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, Ayurvedic centres or dealers in the respective regions
- A proven closer, someone who can point to deals they've actually landed
- Comfortable in a lean, founder-led manufacturing/distribution business
Qualifications:
- Robust new business development skills, lead generation, opportunity qualification and pipeline management
- Consultative sales and presentation skills, with a track record of closing B2B or healthcare deals, not just pitching
- Account management skills: able to retain and grow key accounts over time, not just win them once
- Experience in healthcare, medical equipment or medical technologies preferred, with familiarity in procurement and regulatory-compliant products
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; fluent English and Kannada/Telugu, a definite plus depending on region.
- Able to work independently on-site in Bengaluru or Hyderabad and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Engineering or related field preferred, though a strong network and closing record will outweigh the degree for us
Compensation:
Base up to ₹40,000/month (based on experience and existing network) + uncapped incentive on deals closed + fast-start bonus for deals closed in your first 30 days.
