Business Development Manager – EPC Sales

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: India (Domestic travel Required)/ flexible for metro towns or as per the candidate’s experience

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding business opportunities with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies across India and international markets. The role involves identifying new projects, building strong relationships with EPC consultants and contractors, generating inquiries, managing techno-commercial discussions, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.





Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with leading EPC companies.
- Build long-term relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), and project owners.
- Generate current inquiries for industrial products and engineered solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans for key EPC customers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/ diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred).

Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling EPC customers.
- Experience with industrial products such as Steel Castings, Valves, Pumps, Compressors, HVAC Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Fabricated Equipment, Piping Components, Heat Exchangers, Process Equipment and more.
