Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur. In this position, the individual is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in industrial construction and project management services, including lead generation, client outreach, and market development. Daily tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with technical and project teams to align offerings with client requirements, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

The role involves researching market trends, monitoring competitor activities,



and contributing to pricing and strategy discussions to strengthen the company’s market position.

The Business Development

Manager is also expected to maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, report on performance metrics, and participate in networking events and industry forums to enhance the company’s visibility.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical construction and PMC offerings in clear business terms.
- Market research and analytical skills to understand industrial construction trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Organizational and planning skills for managing multiple opportunities, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal project teams.
- Experience in construction, industrial projects, or project management consultancy environments is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and CRM systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in sales or project management are an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Bilaspur, travel to client locations as needed, and build long-term qualified relationships.
