Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai.



The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and working with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking, market analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Understanding of Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the publishing or BPO industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
