Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Manager – Sales to drive business growth across the Nagpur region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Building Material Sales with hands-on experience in Government Sales, Key Account Management (KAM), Retail Channel Sales, and Project Sales . The candidate will be responsible for developing business, managing key customers, expanding dealer networks, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilitie

- sAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- .Drive Government Sales through tenders, departmental approvals, and relationship management
- .Manage key accounts including builders, contractors, institutions, and corporate clients
- .Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network
- .Generate new business opportunities through project sales

- .Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and influencers
- .Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, service support, and customer satisfaction
- .Track quotations,



sales pipeline, collections, and customer feedback

- .Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS using Excel and PowerPoint
- .Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
- .Ensure timely collections and maintain long-term customer relationships

- le5-8 years of experience in Building Material Sale
- s.Robust exposure to Government Sales, Project Sales, Retail Sales, and Key Account Managemen

- t.Existing network with government departments, builders, architects, contractors, and dealers preferre

- s.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill
