We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Sales and Business Development, with major experience in B2B sales.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development

Strong experience in B2B Sales

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali

Robust client handling, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business conversion

Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic client relationships

Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets





Ability to handle and manage the complete business development cycle

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities

Generate leads and acquire new clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Understand client requirements and present suitable company services

Conduct client meetings, calls, and regular follow-ups

Negotiate and close business deals

Develop strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets

Maintain sales reports and track business development activities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
