Job Overview ✨ Builtiful is seeking a highly experienced, people-centric Business Development Manager with a strong background in Construction, Interiors, & PMC. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive sustainable business growth.

This role requires strategic thinking, leadership maturity, and hands-on market engagement, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities ? Ability to generate leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in construction, interior and PMC projects

Identify, evaluate, and close new business opportunities, partnerships, and land/project acquisitions

Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, investors,



architects, Interior designers, brokers, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders

Lead negotiations, proposals, contracts, and commercial discussions end-to-end

Collaborate closely with design, project, sales, and execution teams

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies

Represent Builtiful in client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions

Mentor and guide junior business development or sales team members

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards Required Skills & Competencies ? Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and build trust

Deep understanding of Construction, Interiors, & PMC Strong commercial acumen and deal-structuring skills

Ability to own targets and work independently

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

High integrity and strong stakeholder management Preferred Background ⭐ Experience with real estate developers, construction firms, or infrastructure companies (Mandatory)

Employment experience in similar field as a BDM ( mandatory)
