Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and promote the company’s construction and design services. Daily activities include researching target markets, qualifying leads, preparing proposals and bids, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and project information. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, participating in online meetings and presentations,



and providing feedback to improve service offerings and market positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Experience in client relationship management, account growth, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of the construction or built workplace sector, with the ability to understand project requirements and services.
- Solid analytical and research abilities to assess markets, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, online collaboration platforms, and standard office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare proposals and deliver remote presentations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting while meeting targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role within professional services is highly beneficial.
