The company operates 15+ properties in offbeat and exotic destinations in East and Northeast. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including onboarding homestays and hotels and expanding the company’s partner network. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations, and building strong relationships with property owners and other stakeholders. The role involves managing key accounts, understanding partner needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets.

The Business Development

Executive will also contribute to market research, provide feedback on customer and partner insights,



and support strategic initiatives to enhance the platform’s presence in targeted destinations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, approach, and convert prospective partners.
- Solid understanding of Business development practices, including market analysis and opportunity evaluation.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with property owners, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, addressing partner concerns, and driving retention.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet business growth targets.
- Comfort with using digital tools and G Suite for tracking leads, activities, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be open to travel across East, North Bengal and Northeast.
