Hiring: Business Development Executive – Industrial EPC Projects

Location: Chennai / Kolkata / Mumbai / Delhi (Travel Required)

Samay Project Services Limited, an NSE-listed EPC company, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Industrial Piping, Fire Protection Systems, Tank Farms, Cross-Country Pipelines, and Green Energy businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors.
- Build relationships with consultants, PMC firms, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
- Track upcoming projects and expansion plans in process industries, manufacturing, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
- Generate enquiries and coordinate with the Company's engineering and proposal teams for submission of techno-commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers, participate in technical and commercial discussions, and support order finalization.
- Maintain strong relationships with project teams, procurement departments, consultants, and key decision-makers.

Desired Profile
- Engineering graduate in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, marketing, estimation,



proposals, or project execution in the EPC or industrial projects sector.
- Positive understanding of industrial piping, fire protection systems, tank farms, utility systems, or process plants.
- Existing relationships with consultants, project teams, or procurement professionals will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.

Preferred Industry Experience Experience in one or more of the following sectors will be an advantage:
