Business Development Executive – ERP Software

? Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand

? Company: Positron Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our ERP Software Solutions across Kashipur, Rudrapur, Pantnagar, Haldwani and nearby industrial areas.

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through field visits, calls and networking
- Visit industries, manufacturing units, mines, hospitals and other businesses
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable ERP solutions
- Arrange product demonstrations and follow up with prospects
- Build solid relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets

? Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years’ experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, ERP or Software Sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits




- Knowledge of the Kashipur–Rudrapur–Pantnagar industrial belt will be an advantage
- Existing contacts with industries/businesses will be highly preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred

? Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

+ Performance-based incentives

+ Travel reimbursement

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, market knowledge and sales capability.
