Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales of Simbott’s AR/VR/MR simulators to industries including manufacturing, defense, aviation, safety training, and vocational education.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Conduct product demos and presentations at client sites (travel required).
- Build and maintain solid client relationships with decision-makers, training managers, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.




- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of AR/VR/MR technologies and their applications in training and simulation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex B2B deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel (PAN INDIA) extensively for client meetings and demos.

Experience Required

- 0–2 years of proven sales experience
- Prior exposure to private sector and international B2B sales
- Experience in software or hardware product sales

Preferred Background

- Sales experience in industrial training solutions, edtech, defense technology, or simulation hardware/software.
- Exposure to international markets and ability to handle cross-cultural business interactions.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, skill development initiatives, and vocational training ecosystems.
