? WE’RE HIRING | Business Development Executive

? Location: Surat, Gujarat | On-Site

? Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join one of our growing client organisations.

If you enjoy meeting new people, identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers , this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and market visits
- Prospect and connect with potential customers and decision-makers
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services
- Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline
- Schedule and attend client meetings when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
- Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets

? What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition preferred




- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up abilities
- Confident in interacting with customers and business owners
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and basic reporting tools is an advantage
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities

? Compensation Up to ₹25,000 per month

Compensation will be aligned with the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the role .
