Role & Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, corporate customers, and business partners.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.




- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-spoken, confident, presentable, and persuasive.
- Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Experience in premium dcor, gifting, lifestyle, luxury products, interiors, or related industries will be an advantage.
