About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Industrial team at JLL in Chennai. Your main goal will be to find new clients and business opportunities for us. You will be helping companies find the perfect warehouses, factories, and industrial land to grow their business. This is a field-based role where you get to build your career with a leading global real estate company.

The job will involve:

- Identifying Current Clients: You will actively reach out to companies, fix meetings,



converse and work closely with your manager to develop and nurture the relationship.
- Understanding Needs & building relationships: You will talk to clients to understand exactly what kind of space they are looking for. You will create and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure they think of JLL for their future needs.

What are we looking for in the candidate?

- Good communication: Someone who enjoys developing conversations with clients and wants to develop a professional personality
- Professional attitude and a passion for sales.
- Must be self-motivated and can work independently to meet your goals.
- You are comfortable with local travel and have a valid driver's license. Having your own vehicle (bike or car) would be an advantage.
- Experience in real estate is helpful, but if you are a quick learner with a go-getter attitude, we encourage you to apply.

The job involves travelling to industrial areas and client locations for meetings, which are often on the outskirts of Chennai.
