Business Development Executive - Experienced (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard potential brands for influencer marketing and digital collaboration opportunities
- Generate new business leads across skincare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and emerging D2C sectors
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, and decision-makers
- Understand client briefs and prepare tailored influencer marketing proposals aligned with campaign objectives
- Coordinate with internal campaign and creator teams for smooth execution of brand requirements
- Conduct market research and shortlist upcoming brands suitable for Grath Entertainment's influencer solutions
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Close collaborations, negotiate deliverables, and identify upselling opportunities
- Track client communication, lead status, and brand onboarding progress regularly
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, influencer formats, and brand collaboration opportunities

Candidate Requirements

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or digital marketing




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Good understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaign trends
- Highly organized, target-driven, and confident in lead generation.

Business Development Executive - Trainee (Fresher - 1.5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard potential brands for influencer marketing and digital collaboration opportunities
