Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive fresher based in Bengaluru South.

The Business Development

Executive will support the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and engaging prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings. The role includes understanding client requirements, presenting suitable web design and development solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Daily tasks involve maintaining client records, following up on leads, preparing basic proposals, and contributing to sales targets.



The position also includes learning and applying sales best practices, participating in client meetings, and representing the company in a skilled manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and create new opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business understanding to support ongoing client relationships and project coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of websites, digital products, or IT services, with interest in sales and client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate with teams, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- High level of motivation, willingness to learn, and a client-centric mindset.
