Business Development Executive – Financial Planning

Job Summary The Business Development – Financial Planning role within the Investment Advisory Department primarily focuses on acquiring new clients and supporting them by connecting with Financial Planners who can assist in achieving their financial goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve business targets assigned by the reporting manager
- Expand the customer base through active prospecting, including cold calling, appointment scheduling, references, and lead generation activities
- Develop tie-ups with organizations and associations to conduct educational webinars, seminars, and other awareness programs
- Maintain solid client relationships through regular telephonic and in-person interactions
- Coordinate with Financial Planners and Operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction
- Support FP Back-office personnel in completing and validating KYC documentation for new clients




- Work closely with planners to ensure service renewals from existing clients
- Create, update, and maintain client/business status records in CRM and other reporting systems

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in Sales, BFSI, Financial Services, Investment Advisory, or Wealth Management preferred
- Ability to generate leads and build client relationships
- Knowledge of financial products and KYC processes will be an added advantage
- Target-oriented with a proactive and professional approach
