Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gujarat, India, with a mix of field work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Business Development

Executive (Field Sales) will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential institutional partners, training centers, and nursing colleges to promote NPrep’s platform and services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and product demonstrations, nurturing relationships, and closing new business opportunities. The role also involves managing key accounts, collecting feedback from clients and users, coordinating with internal teams to support implementation, and preparing regular sales reports and market insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling within the region, meeting diverse stakeholders, and representing NPrep in a professional and consultative manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, prospect identification,



and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen and Account Management skills to build long-term relationships and support client success.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in field sales, education technology, or healthcare-related services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, travel within Gujarat as needed, and collaborate with remote and onsite teams.
