Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Lucknow.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and generate qualified leads for various financial products. The role involves meeting potential clients, explaining FinanceKaart.com’s offerings, and converting prospects into long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records of interactions and deals,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth, paperless onboarding. The Executive will also analyze market trends, provide feedback on customer needs, and contribute to sales strategies and targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills to drive growth and expand the customer base.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and ensure ongoing engagement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or fintech sales is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
