Experience: 1–5 Years

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Total Earning Potential: ₹85,000/month

Your Mission

- Drive student admissions through effective counselling and sales.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrollments.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable education programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact and follow-ups to conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM.
- Develop meaningful relationships with students and parents.
- Handle objections confidently and close admissions effectively.

We’re Looking For 1–5 years of experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Admissions, B2C Sales, or Counselling.

✔ Solid communication and interpersonal skills.





✔ Target-oriented with a proven ability to convert leads.

✔ Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

✔ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.

✔ Experience in Education, EdTech, Study Abroad, Higher Education, or Career Counselling is an advantage.
