We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team in Ambala. The role involves counselling students/clients and selling stock market education courses through both online and offline interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 100–120 calls per day and follow up with leads.
- Conduct online and offline counselling sessions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable stock market courses.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Sales/counselling experience preferred.
- Interest or knowledge of the stock market/financial education is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
