We are looking for a dynamic and creative Business Development Executive who can drive growth for our animation and content creation services including 2D/3D animation, corporate videos, AI videos, marketing creatives, and promotional content. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creative industries and capable of building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop recent business opportunities in corporate, startups, production houses, and IT sectors

Pitch and promote services such as:

2D & 3D Animation

Explainer Videos

Corporate & Training Videos

AI-generated Content

Social Media & Marketing Creatives

Generate leads through

Cold calling

Networking

Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative team for execution

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Track and update CRM or sales reports

Key Requirements





Bachelor’s degree (BBA / BCom / Marketing / Media preferred)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Basic understanding of animation, video production, or digital marketing

Ability to convert leads into clients

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Familiarity with tools like MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn

Preferred Skills

Experience in creative agencies / animation studios / media companies

Knowledge of branding, storytelling, and content marketing

Existing network of clients (added advantage)

Ability to understand client briefs creatively
