Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and develop new business opportunities in STP, ETP, WTP, and waste management solutions Conduct market research to identify potential clients (industries, builders, consultants, etc.)

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

Developing New AMC / CMC & Renewal of Maintenance contract

2. Sales & Client Acquisition

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients

Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution

4. Coordination & Reporting





Collaborate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution

Update and maintain accurate data in CRM systems

Track sales progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management

Ensure proper handover of projects to execution teams

5. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and seminars

Represent the company professionally in meetings and industry events

Promote company services and maintain brand positioning in the market.

•Basic technical understanding of water/waste treatment systems (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
