QA Testing Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive / Marketing Executive to expand our client base and promote our testing and laboratory services across Noida, Greater Noida and NCR.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, visiting customers, explaining our testing services and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, references and market research.
- Visit potential clients, industries, contractors, manufacturers and businesses to promote testing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant testing services.
- Promote services including Material Testing, Water Testing, Environmental Testing, Food Testing, Building Material Testing, Plastic & Polymer Testing, Petroleum Testing and other laboratory testing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead and sales reports.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the NCR region.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fresher candidates with good communication and a willingness to work in field sales are welcome.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Testing Laboratory, Construction, Manufacturing or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence is preferred/required for field travel.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling across Noida, Greater Noida and NCR.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident personality.
