Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development and IT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Experience in Business Development, preferably in an IT/Software company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Positive understanding of software solutions and IT services.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
