Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Roorkee. In this role, the team member will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote the company’s contract manufacturing services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

The role also involves tracking sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools, representing the company at industry events when needed,



and providing regular reports and insights on market trends and client feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess market research and analytical skills to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal communication, professional writing, and the ability to deliver persuasive proposals.
