- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Manage and respond to IndiaMART leads.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads. Interact with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Resolve customer queries and provide product information.
- Manage WhatsApp Business/API conversations and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
