What You'll Do

? Pre-Sales Support

- Engage with inbound leads through calls, emails, and chats
- Understand client requirements and communicate our solutions effectively
- Coordinate proposals with internal teams
- Maintain CRM records and manage lead follow-ups

? Post-Sales & Client Success
- Support clients throughout onboarding and implementation
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries
- Coordinate with operations, tech, and support teams for issue resolution
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication

? Relationship Management




- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins and collect customer feedback
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Contribute to customer success and business growth
