AccenLearn is looking for energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented freshers to join our Business Development team in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building networks, understanding customer needs, and converting opportunities into business.

You will work closely with college students, understand the education and career market, generate leads, provide career guidance, and contribute directly to the company's growth.

Key roles and Responsibilites

Connect with college students and understand their career goals, requirements, and challenges.

Build and maintain solid networks within colleges and student communities.

Identify potential business opportunities from college markets.

Generate qualified leads through calls, networking, references, and student interactions.

Provide career counseling and guidance to students based on their interests and requirements.

Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.





Achieve individual and team sales and conversion targets.

Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with leads.

Spend a minimum of 3 hours of talk time per day engaging with students and prospects.

Understand market trends and student requirements to improve business opportunities.

Maintain accurate lead information and follow the company's sales process.

Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation and conversion efficiency.

Skills & Requirement:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good confidence while speaking with students and prospects.

Strong networking skills, especially within college/student communities.

A genuine sales mindset and willingness to achieve targets.

Ability to convince, negotiate, and influence prospects.

Strong follow-up skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Comfortable with making calls and speaking to a large number of prospects.

- Basic understanding of sales and business development is an advantage, but not mandatory for freshers.
