Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective and existing customers through calls, follow-ups, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable product or subscription.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and consistently work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline.
- Handle customer queries and communicate product benefits effectively.
- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve conversions and customer experience.
- Stay updated with market trends, products, and developments in the Indian stock market.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telesales, B2C Sales, or Fintech Sales.




- Good knowledge of the Indian Stock Market is mandatory.
- Understanding of Equity, Futures & Options (F&O;), Trading, Investing, or Technical Analysis.
- Prior experience in financial products, stock market platforms, broking, wealth management, or fintech will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales numbers.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and conducting product demonstrations.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively pitch financial products/services.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
