Job Summary iitplanet.com is looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our team in Uppal, Hyderabad. The role involves calling, lead generation, customer interaction, counselling, and conducting/handling counselling sessions to help students and prospects understand our programs and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate counselling.
- Explain courses, programs, benefits, and career opportunities clearly.
- Conduct counselling sessions and follow up with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions/sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and other communication channels.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and counselling.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and performance.

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

Working: Wednesday to Sunday

Weekly Off: Monday & Tuesday
