Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in sales, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Present products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field




- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers can apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach
- Strong negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
