Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru.

The Business Development

Associate will focus on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales closures in the real estate segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing client presentations, engaging prospects through calls and meetings, and maintaining an updated sales pipeline. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients, tracking performance metrics,



and contributing to revenue growth initiatives. The position is suited for individuals who are target-oriented, comfortable with field interactions, and eager to build a career in real estate business development.

Qualifications

- Strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities, understand competition, and segment potential customers.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional client handling.
- Ability to work with sales targets, manage time effectively, and maintain detailed records in CRM or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site client meetings in Bengaluru, willingness to travel locally as needed, and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Prior experience or internships in sales, business development, or real estate will be an advantage.
