About the Role

AdGrow360 is looking for confident, energetic and excellent English communicators to join our sales development team. If you are a college student, recent graduate, or someone starting your career in sales and you’re comfortable speaking with people over the phone, this could be a great opportunity for you.

You don't need to be an expert salesperson . What matters most is your communication, confidence, consistency and willingness to learn.

? What You’ll Do

Your job is simple: Start conversations → Follow up → Build interest → Book a Discovery Call.

You will be responsible for:

- Making outbound cold calls to businesses in the US market
- Following up with prospects through phone and email
- Speaking confidently with business owners and decision-makers
- Understanding their basic business needs and challenges
- Introducing AdGrow360 and creating interest in our services
- Following up consistently with interested prospects
- Qualifying prospects and getting them to book a Discovery Call with our team
- Maintaining accurate follow-up records and updating the CRM
- Working with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs

? What You DON'T Need To Do You are not expected to close the deal .

Your primary responsibility is to connect with the right people and get them onto a Discovery Call.

Our sales team will handle the deeper conversation and closing.

? Who We're Looking For

- A college student or recent college graduate
- An entry-level sales professional
- A fresher looking to start a career in sales
- Extremely comfortable speaking in English




- Confident enough to speak with US business owners
- Comfortable making cold calls
- Valuable at following up without giving up after one attempt
- Energetic, persuasive and positive
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willing to learn sales, digital marketing and business development

⭐ Key Requirement Your English communication skills matter a lot.

You should be able to speak naturally and confidently with an American business owner, understand what they are saying, ask relevant questions and keep the conversation going.

You don't need a fake American accent.

You need clear English, confidence and good conversational skills.

This role is particularly suitable for students or graduates who are comfortable working in the evening/night shift while targeting the US market.
