Responsibilities:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on client satisfaction and financial gain
- Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.
- Market new developments in the software with our Existing clients and prospective clients
- Engage in business meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Build a solid team for marketing and sales.
- Providing information: Clearly and effectively communicating the features, advantages, and advantages of our drainage services.
- Appointment setting: Scheduling appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects to further discuss our services.
- Follow-up: Maintaining a follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Database management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information.
- Collaboration:



Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, prepare compelling proposals and presentations, and manage the entire sales pipeline.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals and maximize profitability.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on messaging, develop campaigns, and ensure product solutions meet customer needs.
