Telecaller – BDE

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller – BDE to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and support business development activities through calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate and follow up on business leads.
- Explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Identify customer requirements and generate business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
- Achieve assigned calling and business development targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecalling / BDE / Business Development.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates available for work in Kalbadevi, Mumbai preferred.
