Role Description The Business Development Manager – Media – Government Sector is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi ( North West Delhi). This position focuses on identifying and pursuing government advertising and media sales opportunities in Digital Media Advertising The role involves building and maintaining relationships with Central and State Government departments, managing empanelment processes, and supporting tender participation and proposal development.

Experience Required:

1–2 years in Government Sales / Advertising Sales





Key Responsibilities:

- Drive advertising revenue from Government departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in government sales, preferably handling government accounts.
- Strong network and working relationships with government departments/agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly target-oriented with robust follow-up and collection management abilities.
- Ability to develop and present strategic proposals and pitch decks, supported by market research, data analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to engage senior stakeholders, manage client expectations, and collaborate with internal teams.
