As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business workplace to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The position also entails designing technology-enabled frameworks and operational models that align with strategic goals.

Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment between business goals and technology capabilities by working closely with stakeholders across departments.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending innovative approaches to optimize business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps Architecture, .NET Architecture, Java (Programming Language).
- Robust knowledge of system integration and automation within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient architecture solutions that support business transformation.
- Ability to analyze and model business processes to align with technology strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and infrastructure as code practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and solution delivery.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.
